As a registered psychotherapist based in Toronto, I offer in-person and virtual therapy for individuals and couples from all walks of life. I am guided by several therapeutic approaches including: finding ways to challenge automatic negative thoughts, tapping into your strength and resourcefulness, and exploring your sources of control. I am outcome focused; one of the first things I am curious about is where you are today versus where you want to be.

My style is warm, empathetic, non-judgmental, and not too formal.

Some areas I focus on are self-esteem, coping skills, anxiety, relationships, sex and sexuality, substance use, and finding balance.

A little about me: I was born in Denmark, spent my formative years in Alberta, and now live in Toronto. I love them all. I have two Whippets, an Italian Greyhound, a white cat, and a calico cat. Needless to say that the soft centre of my heart beats for animals. Also, I love country music, opera, running, reading, and Indian food - but not all at the same time. Professionally, I also have 25+ years of coaching and facilitation experience in the corporate world.
